Hey I'm thinking about having a Flea Market day at the Ski Boy property in the near future. There would be some limited indoor areas for set up in our metal barn but outside setup also possible. We might even get a Farmer's Market going later in the Spring/Summer. Would anyone be interested?

What is offered?

1) The Ski Boy Drive Inn building. No equipment provided! The building needs some remodeling and renovation.

2) An approximate 3300 sq ft metal building with a concrete floor and insulation.

3) An approximate 3370 sq ft house. The house is basically two houses combined as one. They can be used as two separate houses or lived in as one house. The manufactured home portion of the house needs some work. The wood frame portion of the house has been partially remodeled. All of the property and buildings are being sold "as is" condition.

4) All of the property is located on approximately 1.45 acres.

The property is located one mile North of Fort Cobb and about five miles from Fort Cobb Lake and Golf Course. You can't beat the location!

One of the Jones family members found a picture of Socko who was one of several famous Ski Boy monkeys. This is Tim Jones with Socko at the old Funny Farm probably around 1973-1974. The old tires marked the path for a three wheeler track that we had there at one time.
