Cookies By Tonya is home-based bakery in the North Texas/DFW area operating under Texas Cottage Food Regulations.

🍪Cookies By Tonya ordering Policy🍪
🍪Cookies start at $60.00 per dozen. Pricing can vary depending on ingredients, size, intricacy and packaging.
🍪Orders placed within 1 week of pick up will be considered a RUSH order and may be subject to a RUSH fee.
🍪Orders are taken depending on a

vailability.
🍪A 50% non- refundable deposit required to place your order with a minimum order of one dozen cookies.
🍪All orders must be paid in full 1 week prior to pick up.
🍪All RUSH ordered MUST be paid in full at the time of placing the order.
🍪Due to the tedious nature of custom hand iced cookies all sales are final and non refundable.
🍪Pick up is located in Forney,TX 75126. I do not offer shipping due to Texas Cottage Laws.
🍪Any cookies not picked up during the pick up window or designated pick up time will be considered forfeited with no refund unless other plans have been agreed on by the customer and Cookier. Thank you for thinking of Cookies By Tonya for your cookie needs! 😊
