Little tiny opinion piece here!
We rarely have much to be irritated about. We have the best customers, a fun staff, cute clean place to work and we sell sugar which makes most people happy!
But what really burns our bread 🍞 is when every once in a while we get one of those bad reviews that goes a little something like this….
We’ve come here for 5 years and always been happy…but this time…..1⭐️
We come here once a week and everything is always great….but this time……1⭐️
I always get my coffee here everyday…..but this time…..1⭐️
Now you shouldn’t open a restaurant and expect all good reviews. You won’t make everyone happy and we all have off days. What each customer is seeing is a small timeframe in an otherwise long and usually busy shift! It’s hard to be perfect all the time.
It’s that these customers never took the time to write us a good review all the other times they were pleased! Just straight to bad review when things go a little south. :/
I tell myself they are having a bad day and whatever happened must have set them off! Tell yourself whatever you need to get thru the day guys! 😅
