Greetings Forney community! I am Chef Flowers, the executive chef of Duke's Roadhouse Restaurant launching July 2026. Formerly with Marriott Hotels for the last 15 years, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu Dallas and with a true passion for food.

I invite you to come in, have a glass of our complimentary infused water and peruse our new menu. From the signature Dukes Roadhouse Burger, our melt in your mouth Chicken and Waffles or my personal favorite the grilled Ribeye, all are good starting points for a first meal with us. Our menu has options for everyone. Finish your meal off with our house made Bread Pudding.
