Hello my dear friends! It's been awhile. I am a little late in posting these reviews of some great places to grab a bite to eat!
Los Jefes Mexican Street Food
I can't say enough about the owners Jesus and Sebastian. Amazing young men that go out of their way to make you feel welcomed! Regardless of that, its the food that will have you coming back. There are very few places that I will concede that they are doing something better than what we had at Bad A*z Tacos! Their barbacoa does that for me. It is just amazing! Slow cook and tender. The best in Kaufman County. Their beans are super delicious as well. I try to buy their beans by the gallon! 😂😂😂 They sell so much more so stop by and give them a try. They are located at The Junction Food Truck Park.
Seabird Harbor
Hands down my favorite lobster roll and it's out of a food truck! Delicious fresh buttery lobster! It's a mouth watering roll that hits the spot. Try their shrimp and other tasty options on the menu. Another great set of owners! Stop by and pay a visit with Jay and his wife. They are neighbors to Los Jefes at the Junction Food Truck Park so you can make one stop and get a mix of options including some great Indian at Momo & Curry.
Sunshine's Wings and Catfish Mobile Food Services was already a personal favorite when we would buy out of their food truck but now with their brick and mortar location on N McGraw St it's even better! You get an expanded menu that includes my wifes favorite burger in town. I stick with my favorite wings. Sunshine uses some large wings and they are always fresh and cooked to perfection! The same goes for her famous catfish which is deliciously flakey and cooked perfectly.
Tacos 740! Our old trailer run by 2 great guys Miguel and German. Amazing guys that work hard to earn your business. Their location helps serve the South side of Forney with tasty tacos! They have great menudo and.my only complaint is it doesn'thave hominy but still delicious! Their tortas and burritos great tasty options as well!
When you get a chance stop by and support local! These businesses work hard every day to put out great food.
Next on my wish list of places I am anxious to try is the Brunch Room Bistro and Stash's Table and Fable! See you guys soon!
