SAVE THE DATE!🥂

We are planning on holding our ribbon cutting ceremony followed by our GRAND OPENING April 24! We are very excited to get to share all of our hard work with all of you and have you for dinner, drinks with friends or a slow evening of snacking.

So far we have connected with several local fishermen as well as farmers to bring in fresh high quality food and support our local economy. We love our community and appreciate every single person who has helped make this big fantastic dream happen! We truly are rooted in celebrating Forks and all of the rich history this area holds and want to invite the locals to come experience what we have built and share honest feedback. Seating will be on a first come first serve basis as we welcome our community in; we built this space for you and we can't wait to see you.

Some long awaited updates!

The walk in refrigeration addition has begun! The boys started on that this morning and despite the 1” of rain, made impressive progress!

The roof top exhaust fan that pulls the smoke out of our kitchen hood when the steaks are sizzling is installed and operational! A huge thank you to Dickinson Electric, Raymond and Trent at West Peak Services for all the help on this huge project!

Our very special vip booth is nearing completion and just needs a bit more Oak and some stain and finish! This booth is sure to be a crowd pleaser with its 8” stage elevating our guests and their experience!

And finally… the window booths have got an extension on them to create a bit more of a cozy private experience that the original oak church pews were lacking. Joaquins upholstery of forks is finishing up some matching headrests to complete the vibe.

Now we know the most important update everyone is excited to hear is when are we opening?! We are just as excited as you all and you will be the first to hear when we set the date! We are putting the finish touches on everything and pushing through delays and complications with smiles. Can you believe Fire Cheif Equipments van caught on fire going around Lake Crescent on their way to test our kitchen fire suppression?! Oh the irony! Things get rescheduled and we keep in mind that the adventure is what happens when life goes a bit sideways and just smile big and know that all of our hard work will shine when we get to see your smiles reflected back.
