Well, we went and did it. We bottled the sauce!

The last sauce you will ever need to buy. It works on everything, beef, pork, fish, beans, potato saled (yes, we have tried it on potato salad). Add a little horseradish and you have instant cocktail sauce!

Come on down and grab your self a bottle of deliciousness.

Ok folks, refrigeration issues resolved. We will be open this Friday. Unfortunately we will be closed Saturday for a charity event that has been on the books for quite some time. If your looking for bbq this Saturday swing by the Elks Lodge. Open to the public at 2 pm. Food service will begin around 4ish. This event supports the Washigton State Elks Therapy Program. Look forward to seeing you there.
