Canneti is looking for 2 cooks to join the team. The pantry position does not require much experience but good will to learn..applicant must be over 20 years old and have availability at least until the end of October.
The second position requires experience at a main station in a professional kitchen. The hired person will learn modern Italian cuisine in a professional and hight quality kitchen. Pay is competitive.

Canneti Team is looking for someone who would like to learn how to work in a professional kitchen. We are looking for a pantry cook..or for someone with not much experience but willing to learn. Job requires little cooking and it is easy enough for a beginner in the culinary field.

Yesterday dinner service at Canneti my staff and I were bullied and threatened by someone who pretended to be ‘Sonoma County Health Department’.
A table of 4 came in and were asked to wear a mask and to sanitize their hands at the door. As they set down, they took their masks off and started wondering around to look at the motorcycles exposed on Canneti’s premises. At the fifth time one of the party got up and went to the rest room without wearing a mask they were politely addressed. At Canneti we respect the basic rules and regulations for the safety of our employees and of our patrons and Guests and staff have to wear facial covering every time they are not seated.
While the rest of the party was leaving, one of the gentleman..let s call him like this.. approached the kitchen counter..no mask on, and started insulting the kitchen using a language very reach of profanities. As he was asked to immediately leave the premises he said’ do you know who we are’…I replied I could not care any less, his answer was’ we are the health department..you will hear back from us’
I believe I will report this incident to the health department and file a formal complain for abuse of power and threatening…if this man really works for that office.
YOU ALWAYS STAND FOR WHAT IS RIGHT!
