Connie Silvis decided to turn her idea into a reality. Coming from humble beginnings as a single mom of four, Connie decided “it's my turn”. She worked many years as a Server and Bartender. She created the Red Rooster Saloon with many amazing ideas from her years of experience as a bartender. The bar is filled with fun games throughout. From card games, Etch-a-sketch, old school Nintendo™, to an X

box™, she always has something fun to keep your hands occupied. She makes space on the walls for the beautiful local art to be put on display. She spent days coming up with delicious ideas for her menu. She's known for her Cottage Pie, Grilled Cheeses, Chicken Pot Pie, and Soup specials. The Red Roosters name comes from “The Rooster Shots”. One-shot Citrus Blend, one-shot 1800 Silver, and one-shot Bloody mix. After taking the rooster shots give your best crow. The best Crower wins a discount! May the best Crow win!
