This is a clip from "the risotto class" on April 22 this past Thursday, a group of 12 foodies got together at a private home in Uniondale for a cooking demonstration and a meal of spring risotto, creations, composed salads, and crème brûlée. Everyone had fun with food and fine dining.!! thanks to Marianne Flores for letting us use her lovely home and really nice kitchen and thank you to Joanie Cicak for being the most awesome right hand assistant, and to all that attended. I had a blast!!! # foodies, with food and fine dining
