☀️ Good morning, everybody!
I’m excited to say that I’m finally able to make it back out to the Paddock Farmers Market this weekend!
I’ll be roasting up some fresh coffee a little later today in preparation, and I’m incredibly grateful for the wonderful people who helped make it possible for me to return.
I’ll be at the Paddock Farmers Market this Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and I can’t wait to see y’all there.

☕ Good morning, everyone.
I wanted to give a quick update and clear up some confusion from last Saturday.
I know there may have been some confusion because the Paddock Market page showed that I was at the market, but unfortunately I was not able to attend.
Right now, I’m dealing with transportation issues. Our family car broke down, and I currently don’t have a reliable way to get myself, my coffee, and all my market setup out there.
Because of that, I’m sadly unable to attend the market or fulfill orders at this time.
That does not mean you shouldn’t still go support the Paddock Market. There are some absolutely wonderful vendors out there who are worth visiting and supporting.
I’m truly sorry for the confusion and inconvenience. I’m working on figuring out a way to get back to market as soon as possible, and I’ll keep y’all updated when I know more.

☀️ Good morning, everybody!
Wednesday, May 27th
I don’t really have any new roasting photos today, so instead I figured I’d share a picture of my little coffee plant 🌱☕
I’ve been growing this plant for about three years now, and it’s grown to around three and a half feet tall! I’ve been very careful with it — keeping it watered, watching for mold and fungus (which coffee plants are surprisingly susceptible to), and trying to keep the humidity up around it.
One little trick I’ve started doing is keeping a small dish of pea gravel with water near the plant so it creates a bit of humidity around it naturally. It seems to really like it!
Honestly, I’m super proud of how much it’s grown over the years — nearly a foot a year. Who knows… maybe one day I’ll even get fresh coffee cherries from it 😄
Also, I should be at the Paddock Market this weekend, and I can’t wait to see all of y’all there.
One of the biggest things that helps me plan roasting schedules is pre-orders, so if you already know what kind of coffee you’d like, feel free to message me ahead of time. That way I can get everything freshly roasted and set aside for you and your family.

I know it’s sprinkling a little bit, but we’re still out here with some of the freshest coffee around, roasted just yesterday!
I also have some wonderfully fresh farm eggs available that I’m helping sell for a friend 🥚

☀️ Good morning, everybody!
Friday, May 22nd
I’m out here in the shop this morning roasting up some light roast and medium roast in preparation for tomorrow ☕🔥
I’m hoping to grab some beautiful before-and-after roasting pictures today as well. Yesterday was mostly focused on roasting dark roast and making deliveries.
I’m also doing my best to bring as many K-Pods as possible this weekend! I already have one pre-order for them, and I seriously cannot thank y’all enough for that support. Pre-orders truly help me plan out roasting schedules and prepare for the following week — especially during these harder times we’re all navigating.
Thank y’all so very much for all of your kindness and support. It genuinely means the world to me.

Tomorrow’s market is a little special too — the wonderful folks who run the Paddock Market have extended the event by an extra hour, so I’ll get even more time to spend with all of you.
