On Saturday, we were proud to feed 100 people at Warrior Surf Foundation’s Foam Frenzy and cheer on one of our own, Kris Christle, from Taco Boy Folly Beach, while they were shredding the gnar! 🏄🌮

Warrior Surf started right here on Folly Beach. Their free programs use surfing, wellness, yoga, and community to support veterans, active-duty service members, and their families. 💛

Through September 15, Blackbird is donating 5% of every Taco Boy check paid through the app to The Green Heart Project, helping support garden-based learning in Charleston schools.

The Green Heart Project has been growing stronger students, healthier communities, and a deeper connection to fresh food since 2009. We’re proud to continue supporting a mission that has always been close to Taco Boy’s heart.

Today, the Surfer’s Healing team is creating a perfect day of surfing for children with autism in an atmosphere of total acceptance.

Our Folly Beach community and surf tribe always come together to support one another, just like these awesome photos from Folly Beach that take us back to the good old days. Can’t wait to see what epic memories await this year! 🏄‍♀️🌊
