Black River BBQ is hiring (2) Back of House Positions.

Responsibilities include:
Prep, Line Cook, Smokeroom Meat Prep, Smokeroom Meat Cook, Smokeroom Meat Serve, Expo Station and Assisting in other areas such as Dishroom.

Minimum of 30 hours per week

Mondays and Tuesdays guaranteed off.

Black River BBQ sells whole Pork butts for those that pre-order...we smoke them through the night, every night! If you want a whole butt, we have you covered.....they average $45.00 and yield around 6 pounds of meat.
