MEET THE CHEFS 🍽️✨ | Chef O’Veigh McArthur

Now we’re getting to the heart of the dinner.

Chef O’Veigh McArthur of Foley Brunch & Supper Club will prepare the entrée course for this year’s Chicago Street Supper Club.

👨‍🍳🌿 MEET CHEF O'VEIGH McARTHUR

Chef O’Veigh’s love of food started at home in Savannah, Georgia. His grandmother inspired his passion for Southern cooking, while his late father, a known chef and foodie, showed him how food and a love of people can turn a meal into a good time.

Today, O’Veigh gives Southern favorites an elevated twist without losing the comfort and soul that make them special. He studied Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University and earned his bachelor's degree in business and MBA from Valdosta State University.

Along the way, he has led teams and operations for multi-location businesses, including Starbucks and Lucy Buffett's LuLu's, where he served as Executive Chef and Training Director. Now at Foley Brunch & Supper Club and Scuttlebutt Pub, he brings that experience back to what matters most to him: great food, genuine hospitality, and making sure everyone has a good time.

For Chef O’Veigh, these dishes are about getting back to where it all started: family, Sunday dinners, and the food that made home feel like home.

This new menu is Southern comfort food with a story behind it, made with everything he’s learned along the way, while staying true to the flavors that shaped him.

There’s something really special about getting to watch the people who work with us do what they love outside of the restaurant.

Several of our employees are students at Elberta High School and performed with the Elberta High School Band at a competition this weekend. We know how much time, practice, and dedication goes into moments like this, and we couldn’t be more proud to see them out there giving it their all.

We’re lucky to have such talented young people as part of our team, and we’re even luckier to be able to cheer them on along the way.

Congratulations to the entire Elberta High School Band on a beautiful performance!

Congratulations to our Band of Warriors as they competed yesterday! We are so proud of your phenomenal performance!
