Seven years ago on October 1, 2019, we opened the doors to The Brick Oven with absolutely no idea what the next 7 years would bring.
We’ve made it through COVID, a hurricane, plenty of hard days, and so many challenges. But through it all, you were there for us!
You supported us, encouraged us, brought your families in, told your friends about us, and helped turn The Brick Oven into so much more than just a pizzeria. The staff, the locals, the families we have met, and all the relationships we have built along the way will always mean the world to us.
