Happy Friday, Diner Friends!

This Sunday is Old Town Florissant’s Annual Fall Festival, and we’re excited to see our beautiful Old Town filled with neighbors, families, music, food, and fall fun!

Florissant City Diner will be open Sunday morning from 7:00 AM–10:00 AM, so come see us for a delicious breakfast before the festival. We’ll be closing early at 10:00 AM so our hardworking crew can enjoy the festival with their families and be part of the community too.

Come hungry, enjoy a good old-fashioned diner breakfast, then head out and enjoy everything our beautiful Old Town Florissant has to offer.

A big thank you to everyone who works so hard to make our city and Old Town Florissant such a beautiful place to live, work, and gather. We truly appreciate all you do for our community.

We want to provide an important update regarding recent concerns about possible fraudulent activity. We take your privacy, security, and trust very seriously.

Square, our point-of-sale provider, has confirmed that no fraudulent activity was associated with our account, Adams Kitchen LLC, the business behind Florissant City Diner. Based on the information available to us, there is no indication that our account was involved in any unauthorized transactions.

This is reassuring, and we continue to take every customer’s concerns seriously. As a good habit, please review your bank transactions regularly, anywhere you shop, and contact your bank about any charge you don’t recognize.

These mornings, the sky has been painted in the softest pastel shades—pink, peach, and blue, all blending together as a new day begins. It’s the kind of beauty that makes you pause, look up, and feel grateful for the gift of another day and a new week.

Then the diner doors open, the grill warms up, and the smell of breakfast fills the room. Happy Thursday, friends!

The rain falls softly,
autumn whispers through the trees,
and the world seems to slow down for a little while.
A warm fireplace, a good book by the window,
and the peaceful sound of rain outside…
sometimes, the simplest moments bring the greatest peace.

But even in a little diner, you can find that same feeling. ❤️ A warm plate of delicious homemade food, made with love, a hot cup of coffee, familiar faces, and a place where you can sit back and enjoy the moment.

Days like this remind us to slow down and be grateful — for the food on our tables, the roof over our heads, the people we love, and all the little blessings we sometimes forget to notice.

We’re starting the week with a cooler, cloudy morning here in Florissant — the kind of day that makes a hot breakfast and a big, juicy burger sound even better.

If you’re hungry, Adam’s Smash Burger is calling your name! Fresh off the grill, stacked high with juicy smashed patties, melted cheese, crispy bacon, and made with love — just the way good diner food should be.
