FLORENCE, AL - The Rancho Carnitas Nachos from Rancho Mexican Bar & Grill are insanely good 👌

This is a MUST-TRY for carnitas lovers. Crispy fried flour chips topped with shredded pork, cheese sauce, grilled onion, fresh cilantro, jalapeños & avocado.

I usually prefer corn tortillas for everything I order, but these fried flour chips? They make the whole thing. Crispy, light, salty, and somehow the perfect match for the carnitas and brings all these toppings together into a delicious symphony.

Hey Shoals! A lot of you guys loved the Rancho quesadilla. In fact, the Rancho team told us that after we featured it on Hey Shoals, orders for the quesadilla really took off!

So first of all, thank you guys for supporting local businesses and actually showing up when you see something you want to try. That’s what Hey Shoals is all about. ❤️

And pro tip: if you want those same Rancho flavors in a few different ways, you’ve got options.

There’s the Rancho Potato. It’s basically a loaded baked potato, but with chopped-up potatoes, that signature bacon, chicken, and Rancho queso.

Or, if you’re more of a nacho person, go with the Rancho Jim Nachos. This might actually be my favorite way to experience those signature Rancho flavors.
