ANNOUNCEMENT

After 6 unforgettable years in downtown Florence, Rollies will be closing our doors on December 23. What started as two twenty-somethings with a dream to bring something new and exciting to the Shoals has grown into a community of incredible people who’ve shared in our joy, our experiments, and yes, even our mistakes along the way (if you tried the M&M ice cream you know exactly what we’re talking about).

We can’t put into words how much it’s meant to see your faces light up over our ice cream experience and boba, to hear your stories, and get to know you as we navigated our first business. With every order you guys have truly left a mark on our hearts.

We invite you to come see us one last time and make a few more memories before we close. We’ll serve you the best ice cream and boba Florence has to offer as long as supplies last through December 23.

Finally, if anyone is interested in purchasing Rollies and continuing the story, please reach out to us directly as we’d love to discuss is further.
