Try the Pueblo Green Chili Sausage or Sicilian Sausage - it's delicious! Michaeldean Sausage and Dawgs also carries Frank's Meats and Homemade Brats and meat dogs for the best flavor. They believe in the concept of farm to table and also use the freshest ingredients that

are harvested daily. Michaeldean caters private parties and events but also doubles as your favorite food stand and vendor. He has appeared at Ride the Rockies, the Salida Brew Ha Festival, Pueblo Pioneer Days, and Mumford and Sons.
