Our cooks have done a phenomenal job this weekend at getting the food prepped and ready for Monday! But we gotta give a huge shout out and thank you to 2 big MVP’s this weekend.

- Florence A&M Pizza - The Orginal Italian Pizza … Our walk-in went down Thursday night but we were able to save everything and A&M graciously held our food delivery on Friday so we could get our walk-in fixed without losing inventory. We are super appreciative of their kindness!
- Rogelio (we couldn’t find him on Facebook to tag him) for getting the walk-in up and going so quickly!

All this allowed us to be able to stay on track and still open in less than 48 hours! 🎉🎉

Just 1 more week! 🎉 Are you ready?!

Our team starts training tomorrow, and the kitchen will be busy all week testing recipes and fine-tuning every detail to make sure everything is perfect for opening day. We’re so excited and can’t wait to welcome everyone through our doors!

The time you all have been waiting for is FINALLY here!

🙌 WE ARE OPENING JUNE 8th!! 🙌

It will be a soft open for now so we can work out any kinks that are bound to come up with starting something new. We’re going to use this time as a live training session for new staff.

With that there will be a limited menu for now. We are in touch with the Chamber about doing a grand opening a few weeks later where we will release the full menu and weekly specials.

We had a great employee meeting tonight! We definitely feel like we have a strong and friendly team and all of us are so excited to see everyone!

Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts for being so supportive and patient with us through this time!

We just wanted to say THANK YOU ❤️

The support and excitement around our opening has been incredible, and we’re so grateful to everyone who applied to join our team. Roughly 170 applications went out, about 100 turned in and we reviewed approximately 50

Because of the overwhelming response, we weren’t able to reach out to everyone for interviews, and unfortunately we also couldn’t hire everyone we interviewed.

If you haven’t received an interview or job offer at this time, please know your application is still on file for future opportunities. As we open and continue to grow, we expect additional positions may become available.

Right now, we’re being intentional about building our team and only hiring what we can realistically support with hours. We’d rather grow as needed than overhire upfront and not be able to give everyone hours.

We will officially be sharing opening date information in the next few days!! 🎉

Weekly progress recap… 👏

✅ Received our Certificate of Occupancy!
✅ Business license approved and waiting to receive it.
✅ Passed the initial health inspection
✅ Interviews have started

We can finally see the glimmer of light at the end of this long tunnel. 🙌

We have 2 out of 3 inspections happening today. Fingers crossed everything goes well! 🤞

If all goes according to plan, we’ll be one HUGE step closer to opening our doors.
