We are taste testing today, and I cannot reach a verdict they’re all equally delicious as I remember.

You’ll find the original on our tables, and up front for sale along with its siblings, ###tra hot & outrageous orange.

Try it on your, onion rings, boneless wings, fries, or your catfish or shrimp poboys 🤤 you can put it on anything imaginable honestly… that’s what I’ve done my entire life 🤪 So happy to share a little taste of home with you guys!

🌶️ A little taste of Florida is making its way to Railroad Pizza. 🌶️

We’re excited to announce that we’re about to start serving Dixie Datil Datil Pepper Hot Sauce right here on the tables! (and you will be able to take a bottle home with you, too)

For me, this one is personal. Growing up in Florida, datil pepper sauce was a staple. It was on the table, next to the salt and pepper, and somehow it made its way onto just about everything. It’s sweet, tangy, smoky, and carries a serious little kick.

The datil pepper has a long and distinctly Floridian story. It’s closely tied to St. Augustine and Minorcan cuisine, where the pepper has been part of local cooking for generations. So bringing datil sauce to our tables here in Mississippi feels like bringing a little piece of home with me.

Come get a taste of old Florida at Railroad Pizza!
Have it on your pizza, dip your crust in it, put it on a sandwich or take a bottle home and put it on literally everything imaginable like I grew up doing. 🔥

Tacos w/ fiesta rice!
Choose between Bozeman Meat Co. ground beef, blackened shrimp or fried catfish.
Garnished with Salad Days lettuce, house made pico de gallo, sour cream & lime!

Wednesday:
House made spaghetti made with Bozeman beef, garlic bread & a caprese salad!

Thursday:
Red beans & rice, with Country Pleasin' andouille sausage and jalapeño cheddar corn bread

Friday:
✨ NEW ✨
Fried pork chop with white gravy, mashed potatoes and smothered green beans with a jalapeño cheddar corn bread muffin!

Saturday:
Blackened Shrimp & Grits with a crawfish cream sauce!

As always, everything is as locally sourced as possible and made from scratch, in-house!
