The Chilly Bowl. Meal prepping by Candy Meal prep. 3 item minimum. Pay in advance. pick up only in Ringgold Ga. New menu weekly. PM or text 706-934-4095 Orders must be pd for upon placing the order.

Meals are freshly prepared on Wednesday to be picked up no later than Friday by 630 pm. A minimum of 3 items/plates/bowls per order please but you can mix or match. Pricing will be listed on menu per item. Orders can be fresh or frozen upon request or frozen after purchase. New menu's will be posted weekly. Must be picked up at my home in Ringgold Ga. Sweets are prepared per request and sold as a whole. Whole... pie, cake, fudge etc. Order by PM, or text 706-934-4095

A just so you know...
I shop in season for produce from local markets. I use better ingredients such as no antibiotics ever, unsalted butter and kerrygold pure Irish butter and 💯 unfiltered extra virgin olive oil. Sea salt, organic bone broth etc.
I do not serve breads or torts with meals. They are tasty and filling without the unnecessary calories or carbs or you can add them yourself if you wish.
