June’s Wine Dinner was a vibrant celebration of seasonal flavors, thoughtfully paired wines, and unforgettable company. Guests enjoyed a beautifully curated multi-course experience that highlighted fresh summer ingredients alongside exceptional wines.
The evening began with a delicate Tempura Asparagus with Ramp Aioli & Trout Roe, paired perfectly with the elegant Passerine Rosé Brut Crémant de Limoux, setting a crisp and refreshing tone for the night.
Our second course featured a bright and flavorful Strawberry & Fennel Salad with Savory Sesame Brittle, Feta, and Sherry Vinaigrette, complemented by the lively notes of Gurrieri Grillo 2024.
Guests then enjoyed a standout seafood course: Jumbo Lump Crab Cake with Roasted Corn Hollandaise & Basil, paired beautifully with the expressive Tiberio Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo 2025.
The fourth course showcased handmade Ricotta Dumplings with Asparagus, Peas & Mint, alongside the elegant bubbles of Ettore Germano Rosanna Nebbiolo Brut.
For the main course, we served a perfectly Chargrilled American Wagyu Tenderloin Kabob with dill yogurt, grilled red onion, cherry tomato sumac salad, paired with the bold and structured Enfield Club Catalanes 2023.
To finish the evening on a sweet note, guests enjoyed a decadent Profiterole with Rhubarb & Date Ice Cream, accompanied by the beautifully balanced Monte Rio Cellars Angelica 2023.
