Hello! It has been awhile! What is the most asked question from Flandreau locals? “When is the next sale?”

I get this question from time to time and I plan to get back to it soon. With work and my two sons full time in sports it has been hard finding time and energy to make pizza for the community. I started doing sales during Covid to feed people in need, especially our local elders. 5 years later and making thousands of pies from my home or a Sioux Falls restaurant…it has been quite the journey!

I spent half my summer ‘24 in Italy and what did I do? Ate pizza from every pizzeria of course! It did ignite my passion for pizza-making again and now I’m left wondering what the next step is. When you’re decent at something do it on a grander scale right?

(Shout out to Maynards of Flandreau for ordering mozzarella cheese so I don’t have to drive 30 minutes to find some!)

I’ve been asked by many people (not exaggerating!) if my pizza dough has ever been made into frybread. Today a student and me put it to the test! Fluffy and tasty! It was devoured.

Hahaha okay okay. In the meantime I can definitely do a sale. But it’ll have to be limited to 25. Will let you all know tomorrow when sale will be! until then I am excited to show a 3-cheese pepperoni pie I’ve been working on that blends fresh mozzarella, grated Parmesan, and provolone. 🤌🏼 🍕

As always, sauce and dough are my own recipe and made fresh!

Nothing is 💯 yet. But today was for sure a good day and maybe soon I will have the opportunity to bring my pizza to the downtown Flandreau area! 👀

Greetings pizza fam! Kenton here. In the last month I have been contacted by people asking when they can have my pizza at the restaurant I work at. It was indeed a pizza phenomenon haha. Unfortunately I no longer work there. High demand for pizza and no pizza team can take a toll on the body. I used my own dough recipe which I made each shift so that stays with me 😉 But…Great food made by Sioux Falls finest chefs and if you do go there try the bongo dessert! I will work at another pizza joint soon and look forward to joining an established team! Until then, I would LOVE to feed the Flandreau area and beyond this Friday night. I’m thinking of 25 dough at $12 for a 14” pizza and $9 for a calzone.

Pizza Options are:

~Pepperoni

~Classic Margherita

~Veggie (red onion, green pepper, and spinach topped with olive oil and oregano)

Calzone options:

~Cheese

~Pepperoni

I’ll have 2 gluten free crusts available as well.
