Spice Up Your Lunch with Thai Basil at Ewa's Thai Cuisine!! A traditional Thai lunch featuring Thai basil, known as Pad Kra Pao, is a popular dish in Thailand. This meal typically consists of stir-fried meat (often chicken, pork, or beef) with holy basil (Thai basil), garlic, chilies, and a savory sauce made from soy sauce, fish sauce, and oyster sauce. It is often served over steamed jasmine rice and topped with a fried egg (kai dao)
