Ed Sahm, founder and CEO of Sahm’s Hospitality Group, has always had an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for great food. He got his start at Knobby’s at Keystone and 53rd Street, and after earning a hospitality degree from Purdue, went on to manage several local restaurants. In 1986, an opportunity to purchase a bar in Fishers came along, and he knew it was the right place to open his first restaurant.
Over the next 40 years, the Sahm family grew the business to include a bakery, brewery, catering operation, and a range of restaurants across Central Indiana. Through it all, the focus of being a positive part of their community has remained the same.
Today, Sahm’s Hospitality Group is incredibly proud to celebrate 40 years of serving Central Indiana. It's been an honor to be part of so many memories!
None of this would have been possible without the support of our guests, our incredible team members (past and present), and the communities that have welcomed us over the years. Thank you for making these 40 years so special, and here’s to many more to come.
