Happy thanksgiving everyone!! So far we’ve been enjoying not so traditional Thanksgiving fare, but will have turkey later. Though he does not verbalize it often, Manny is thankful for all that life has offered and he often tells me I should be thankful as well. Which I am.

We will be making some of our favorite items in support of HELP of Door County. Please come support this vital local organization!!
Bang Bang Chicken will be on the menu as well as:
Helsinki Sockeye salmon
Red Chili Beef
Squash Curry (vegetarian)
Helsinki Burger Sliders
Helsinki BBQ Shrimp!!
Mr Helsinki will be joined by Chef Bruce of Alexander’s who has been generous enough to help in the catering of this event.
