Sheesh Bgeesh… WE BEEN GOIN’ THROUGH IT!! 😂🇵🇷

Sorry it’s been a while since we posted. Life’s been throwing 100 MPH fastballs at us lately, but we’re still here, still pushing, and still moving forward. 💪

We’ve been working mostly private events as of late, and we were blessed to officially set our flag down at the Fort Collins Food Truck Rally this season! I guess you can officially say we’re becoming professionals in this game. 😂 We’ve pretty much locked down Northern Colorado at this point! 💪💪🇵🇷

Then about two weeks ago… our truck started throwing fits. 😭

I always knew pulling our BEAST of a trailer would eventually take its toll, but we definitely weren’t expecting it right now.

But y’all know ya boy.

I started looking at trucks ALL OVER THE STATE.

AIN’T NOTHING STOPPING THIS PUERTO RICAN FREIGHT TRAIN!! 🇵🇷🚂💨

And finally… I found the truck of my dreams. 🙏

We’ve been through 3 trucks in 3 years, and I’m praying this is the one that finally gets us all the way to our destination.

And somehow, while ALL of this was happening, I managed to sneak away and win the Wyoming State Arm Wrestling Tournament — LEFT HAND, 154 LBS! 🥇💪

I’ve been working weekends and pouring everything into this business, so I haven’t had nearly as much time to train as I’d like. That made this win mean even more to me.

I’M OUT HERE REPPIN’ PR FOR ALL MY PEOPLE!! 🇵🇷🇵🇷🇵🇷

Business. Family. Competition. Life.

It ain’t always pretty, and it damn sure ain’t always easy.

But every year we’re still standing is another year closer to making this dream a reality.

I remember when we were taking any spot we could get, just trying to figure out where to park the trailer each week.

Many of you probably don’t know this, but I’m also a professional arm wrestler 😭😂

One of the questions I get all the time is, “Is that really a thing?”

Oh yes. I can assure you it’s a legitimate sport that’s been around for decades.

When I’m not in the trailer, I’m usually spending time with family, keeping up with the house, or training to pull.

When we’re not slinging empanadas, we’re pinning hands to pads! 💪

This year I get to combine both of my passions! I’m proud to announce that Dos Medinas Puerto Rican Food will be at Colorado’s State Arm Wrestling Tournament this year!

God is GREAT! 🙏

After some much-needed time off with the family, WE ARE BACK!! 🔥🔥🔥

I’ll be honest with you all—I’m human. I’m doing everything I can to keep this dream alive, and if you’ve ever thought about starting a food business yourself, it’s more work than you could imagine.

Some days it feels like every task is its own Mount Everest ⛰️, with obstacle after obstacle standing in the way.

After months without a break, I started feeling like Bilbo Baggins—“butter scraped over too much bread.” 😅
