We’re wrapping up our 2025 summer travels, and it’s clear that changing Europe’s deeply rooted espresso culture is no easy feat. Specialty coffee has been hard to come by in Croatia, especially in the Istria Peninsula. That said, we finally found a bright spot in Rovinj, —a cozy, friendly café serving an excellent cold brew. Smooth, refreshing, and a surprising natural wash cold brew bursting with strawberry notes, it was a rare and much-appreciated find.
