While I’m set up at the ag center for Christmas in July, I’m feeling nostalgic for my favorite holiday ice cream Friendly’s Peppermint. I made my version with our ice cream taco dipped in white chocolate, rolled in crushed candy canes and a drizzle of chocolate🎅🏼🎄☃️ It’s hitting the spot perfectly!

Caroline Ray’s Outlet Mall will be the place to be this Saturday for all those great finds!

I’ll have our summer menu of fresh lemonade and frozen treats.

It’ll be my first day with our new ICE CREAM TACOS. Waffle cone taco shells filled with vanilla ice cream and topped with your choice of specialty toppings. Don’t miss out on our newly added Cookie Monster topping!

Sorry Bethel Springs but I won’t make it today. Due to the storm that went thru we have no power and the generator is needed to keep our frozen treat inventory within spec.
