Sauvignon Blanc lovers, this one’s for you. 🥂
As Gillig begins its transition into its next chapter, you’ll start to see our w**e selection change, too.
We’ll gradually be cutting back on the number of Gillig w**e varieties we carry, which means some of your favorites won’t be restocked once they’re gone.

First up: Sauvignon Blanc.
Our current supply is getting low, so if this is one of your Gillig favorites, now is a good time to stop in and grab a few bottles for your w**e rack.

Come see us, enjoy a glass while you’re here, and take a bottle (or a few😉) home for later.

We have plenty to keep you busy this week at Gillig W**ery!

Today, Sept 23, we have The Vintner Collective: Harvest & W**e
Farmers Market from 4-7:30 PM

Thursday the 24th- The Heritage Alzheimer's Fundraiser from 6-8PM

Saturday the 26th - Samuel Harness Music plays from 6-9PM (yes, you recognize his name from being a contestant on The Voice...he was here this past June!)

We have a full calendar of events, great food, Gillig w**e and plenty of opportunities to gather with us all month long. Take a look at what’s coming up, save the dates that catch your eye and make your September plans at Gillig!

You’ve heard us mention Angie and Ang's Amazing Graze, but we think it’s time for a proper introduction!

Angie is already a familiar face around Gillig doing her amazing charcuterie classes... and over the next few months, you’re going to be seeing a lot more of her as she brings new events, catering, and experiences into the space.

As part of the transition to an event center, the building name will become The Parlour Collective.
The Parlour Collective will be the location for the events, Angie will be catering events with Ang's Amazing Graze, and Gillig W**ery will be supplying the w**e & beverages.

We’ve shared that a new chapter is ahead at Gillig W**ery, so let’s talk a little more about what that actually means. 🍷

Throughout this year, Gillig is still Gillig. You can continue joining us for your favorite meals, enjoying Gillig w**e, using your gift cards, and spending time with us as we make the most of this season together.
At the same time, you’re going to start seeing more of what’s next.
Angie (from Ang's Amazing Graze) will be bringing more events and experiences into the space, a new event-focused venue created for celebrations, gatherings and experiences.

And you can start planning now!
If a wedding, shower, birthday, corporate gathering, nonprofit event or other celebration is on your 2027 calendar, we’re beginning to book those dates now.
