The Cristo

Inspired by the classic Monte Cristo, The Cristo tastes like a fancy, savory-filled French toast.

Tender chicken, crispy bacon, Monterey Jack cheese, and juicy pears are layered inside grilled croissant bread, then finished with our house mixed raspberry jam vinaigrette. The croissant is grilled until golden and caramelized with an almost crème brûlée–style exterior, then finished with a light dusting of powdered sugar.

Sweet. Savory. Crispy. Buttery. Completely indulgent.
