Carol’s Bakery and Produce Stand Carol Comai was my grandma. I learned so much from her, especially in the kitchen, so it just seemed fitting to name this endeavor in her memory.

That was a fabulous Friday! You all kept me baking and literally running trays to the Bakestand ALL day!

We are finally caught back up and everything is restocked for Saturday with back-ups prepped and ready for the ovens when my alarm goes off at 6:00☀️🍁☀️

Stop in tomorrow if you are out and about enjoying what looks to likely be the best day October will give us this year🍁☀️🍁

Friends, the reason we have her at our stand is so that I dont have to drive anywhere to get this amazing bread anymore🤣
If you haven’t had a chance to try it, you are missing out on some fantastic artisan bread creation.

If you can master a batch of caramel more than once and not become a Burn victim or an alcoholic, you’ve earned my highest respect in the kitchen.

Picture of Finished apples is from last year….. this years will be even better, once I get my caramel groove back over these next few days. Thanks to those who have stopped and purchased some “test batch” goodies that needed a home❤️

but I did just drop off a fresh batch of the seemingly very popular APPLE CHUNK ROLLS
And
A batch of the original is rising now so we wont run out!
AND
