Last month really felt like the start of Summer. Filled with busy nights, lots of laughs, local flowers, and an abundance of fresh produce. We welcomed our seasonal staff back and wished others good luck on their next endeavors. Cheers to the start of our favorite season 🌱

✨The weekend begins now and we’re headed into it with this bright and zesty Wood Grilled Swordfish!

🐟 Wild caught Atlantic swordfish marinated in oregano oil and then cooked over our live fire grill
🥔 Served on a bed of smashed baby yukon potatoes (potatoes are confit in oil with chiles, capers, green garlic & shallots), and sautéed swiss chard
🦪 Finished with an oyster & roasted garlic aioli, cerignola olives, and pickled Peruvian pearl chilies

Pan seared to crispy perfection, paired with spring dug parsnips, kaleini, and topped with a tarragon chicken jus.

✨Did you know that parsnips harvested in the spring tend to be sweeter and more tender than ones collected in autumn? The frost throughout winter forces the roots to convert their starch to sugar, making them perfect for purée’s and pan roasting.

Silky. (Slightly) Spicy. Seafood. This green curry is the escape you’ve been looking for 🥥✨

The sauce is jam packed with aromatics like kaffir lime leaf, white peppercorns, and coconut milk, poured over delicate dover sole and juicy Bangs Island mussels. All complimented by grapefruit supremes, kaleini, pickled ginger and cilantro oil 🌿🍲

Make it spicier by adding Birds Eye Thai chilis! 😏🌶️
