Heeeey, y'all! We just wanted to jump on here for a minute to give thanks!
Last night so many amazing cooks/chefs/restaurants came together to showcase some of our favorite menu items/skills. You all may have heard me say, I am NOT a chef. I'm a lady that enjoys flavorful food, my partner in crime Josh Neff, is a wonderful cook and kills it every day. This lady just so happens to LOVE feeding people tasty food. I truly believe a good meal can bring us all together. It was really an honor to take home an award last night! The rotary club does so much...check them out!
This afternoon we were an hour late to our pop up. We had some technical and pet issues, but you all SHOWED up. We are still sorry about being late. When we opened you all ordered!!! We had 40 tickets back to back in our first hour and then we sold out in less than 2 hours. You all waited for food tonight way longer than you should have. We do make everything to order which adds time, but today we were blown away, and even with telling people of their expected wait time you all kept coming. Thank you! 🙏We lost a few people to the wait, and I completely understand. Time is money and once it's gone you cant get it back...and there were so many awesome events going on this afternoon besides great b**r and wh***ey at our location. The coolest thing is that no one was rude/visibly upset...even though you had a long wait. You all were so understanding and kind. Thank you for that! -Seriously... I've worked a lot of positions in the food industry and thank goodness, we've been so fortunate to have the kindest people ever! 🥹🥹🥹
In case tou didn't know, we make all of our food fresh to order. However, we are happy to accept pre orders to be made first as we open or held until pick up for later.
We went through 10lbs of pork, 6lbs of cheese, approximately 36oz refried beans, 8 lbs of masa, and almost 2 full 1/3 pans of soup in less than 2 hours. We tried, you all saw that and we just wanted to say thank you for hanging in there. 🥰🫶
We will be back tomorrow Bridge Brew Works with a simple menu of tacos and tostadas. We will have rice to go with the tacos and possibly one additional meal. See you guys soon!
