Remember when Priscilla got arrested for making a cheesecake so good it should’ve been illegal? 😂

Don’t worry... the charges were dropped after the evidence mysteriously disappeared….

Huge thanks to Chief Watts and the Elkins Police Department for being such great sports and helping us pull off one of our favorite pranks!

Today is National Cheesecake Day, so we figured it was the perfect excuse to bring this memory back!

We’re stocked with all of your favorite cheesecakes - festive mini cheesecakes, small cheesecakes, cheesecake bars, and plenty of slices to help you celebrate.

✨ August classes are here... a little early!

Our time in Ireland reminded us that some of life's sweetest moments happen when we slow down, gather around a table, and make something with our own hands.

That's the heart behind a change we're making at Nellie B's.

From now on, our baking and cookery experiences will be small-batch, just like our baked goods. Each class will be limited to 6–8 guests, giving you more one-on-one instruction, more time to ask questions, and a more relaxed, personal experience from start to finish.

We're kicking things off with Buttermilk Biscuits: Two Ways on Sunday, August 2nd, where we'll teach you the techniques behind tender, flaky biscuits you'll be proud to make again and again.

We're officially on Summer Reset!

Before we go, we just want to say thank you. Your support, encouragement, and sweet vacation wishes have meant the world to us. Because of this amazing community, we're able to step away, make memories, and come back refreshed and inspired.

So many of you have asked us to share our travels, and if we can, we'll post a few vacation moments along the way—so be sure to check our stories!
