Jeanette Beltram is a Special Education paraprofessional in the Springdale School District. For over twelve years, Jeanette has served special needs children in California and Arkansas. He is an award winning performance and slam poet and educator. With a degree in education and a Master’s of Fine Arts in Creative Writing, he has served as a teaching artist for eleven years in Arkansas. Recently,

he was awarded the Governor’s Award for Arts in Education. Much of their relationship has been spent romancing the kitchen, as they both share a passion for cooking. Early in their relationship, they envisioned a food vending business together, which birthed the vision that is to be the “Best Frickin Chicken in Town.”

Combining a blend of secret breading recipes and cooking techniques from respective families, they will offer the best fried chicken to ever meet taste buds exclusively in the town they love—Fayetteville, Arkansas.
