Wanted to let peeps know that our lettuce at Cafe Rue Orleans is from our local Ozark All Seasons. They are a CEA farm which is Controlled Environment Agriculture. Our butter lettuce come in a box with the root ball attached. And then we wash each head. This helps assure our customers a safe product. Come try our Muffaletta Salad this week.
