This evening we are taking a moment to highlight another member of our fabulous staff.

Allow us to introduce host & server, Britney Coleman!

Britney has been with us since 2022, and can be found most days behind the host stand. She spends her time at Kobe whipping up your favorite boba, answering the phone, taking to-go orders, and ensuring orders are flowing out the door smoothly. She recently started serving tables, too, and is doing a fantastic job.

Outside of Kobe, Britney is a mental health counselor with a masters degree in social work. Her passion for helping others shines through in the care she brings to our guests and teammates. We are grateful for her hard work and dedication to our small business.

People like Britney are what make a small business. Without her and our wonderful team we wouldn’t be here.

Next time you drop in for a boba or a takeout order say hello and help us show Britney some appreciation!! 🧡

Our Crispy Duck is prepared using a two stage process consisting of frying and baking.

The result is crispy, tender, juicy, and full of rich duck flavor. You can order it however you like, but we recommend pairing it with our signature house-made curry for a culinary experience you won’t soon forget.

We are looking for a Bar Lead to join our team at Kobe! Send your resume to the email below!

We’re hiring for Kobe Asian Fusion! 🍸

Kobe is looking for a Bar Lead who wants more than a typical bartending role. This is an opportunity for someone who knows their craft and wants the freedom to build a bar program, not just work behind one.

We’re looking for someone who can bring creativity and strong knowledge of b**r, w**e, and spirits to the table. You’ll have the opportunity to develop rotating seasonal cocktails using fresh ingredients, house-made syrups, and quality spirits, while building a following and making the bar your own.

And there’s a pretty great incentive: your tips are yours, plus you’ll share in the bar’s profits as it grows.

Know someone who would be perfect? Tag them or share this post.

Interested candidates can send their resume to [email protected].

🍸 Ready to shake things up?
