Owner Jason Piazza has been part of the Hugo's family since the late 90's, and became the owner in 2004. Located in the basement at 25 1/2 N Block Ave off the Historic Fayetteville Square, the menu remains true to its roots,

offering award winning burgers and an eclectic array of appetizers, entrees, and desserts including their well-known homemade french fries, beer cheese soup, and grasshopper crepes.
