WHY I CREATED LUNA ECLIPSE

Luna Eclipse didn't begin with me asking, “What tea should I sell next?”

It came from living this season myself.

Turning 50. Changes in my body. Changes in my sleep. Changes in the way I see myself.

I wanted something that could sit beside women in this season.

So I created Luna Eclipse—a caffeine-free herbal blend with motherwort, lemon balm, sage, dandelion, oatstraw, raspberry leaf, chickweed, and elderflower.

It isn't here to make menopause disappear.

It's an invitation to make yourself a cup, sit with the woman you're becoming, and give her a little care too.

🌿 SOME ROOTS WERE MEANT TO GROW BEYOND HOME. 💚

I'm excited to announce that Rooted Vines has officially partnered with Salt Spa Haven in Fayetteville, Georgia!

This is more than placing our handcrafted herbal teas on a shelf. It's about finding spaces that share our belief in wellness, intentional living, and the beauty of slowing down.

Seeing Rooted Vines in its very first spa is a beautiful reminder that growth doesn't always have to be loud. Sometimes, it happens through the right connections.

A special thank you to Heidi and the Salt Spa Haven family for welcoming us! 💚

🫖 Our herbal tea gift sets are now available at Salt Spa Haven!

What if the roles you carry every day have become so familiar that you’ve forgotten what it feels like to simply be YOU?

UNMASKED is more than a tea gathering.

It is an intimate afternoon created for women to pause, reflect, connect, and explore who they are underneath the roles they’ve learned to carry.

We’ll gather around the tea table for mindfulness, meaningful conversation, reflection, and an experience designed to remind you that beneath everything you do for everyone else, there is still you.

🌿 ROOTED VINES HAS FOUND A NEW HOME! 🌿

Some roots are meant to grow beyond where they were first planted. 💚

I'm so excited to share a beautiful milestone for Rooted Vines! Our handcrafted herbal teas have officially found their first retail home at Salt Spa Haven in Fayetteville, Georgia!

What makes this partnership so special is our shared belief that wellness is more than something we do occasionally. It's something we intentionally make room for in our everyday lives.

At Rooted Vines, we've always believed in slowing down, creating meaningful rituals, and finding little moments to return to ourselves. And now, we're bringing that same intention into a space dedicated to rest, relaxation, and renewal.

Our thoughtfully curated Rooted Vines herbal tea gift sets are now available for purchase at Salt Spa Haven. Whether you're visiting for a little self-care or searching for a meaningful gift, you can take a little peace home with you.

THE SUN HAS NOT CHECKED IN FOR WORK

You know you haven't slept when you're lying there wondering why the sun hasn't reported for duty yet. 😩😂

2:17 AM.

3:42 AM.

4:36 AM.

At some point you're like, “Well…we might as well get up.”

Menopause sleep is a whole different kind of relationship with nighttime.

If you know, you KNOW.

Please tell me I am not the only woman who has personally waited for the sun to clock in. 😂

This is NOT a masquerade party. 👀

The mask is a metaphor for the roles we wear, the expectations we carry, and the versions of ourselves the world has grown accustomed to.

What happens when you take them off?

Menopause Body Changes After 50… Mmmm 😩😂

Nobody warned me I was going to have opinions about what my own body decided to start doing. 😂

Some changes I’m learning to embrace.

Others?

Mmmm…we’re still discussing those.
