We’ve been dealing with some major A/C issues in the trailer, but we finally got it fixed! 🙌

We’re hoping this means no more 115° days inside the trailer and no more having to limit certain menu items because of the conditions. 😅 Huge shoutout to our crew for showing up and absolutely crushing it last week despite the circumstances. We’re lucky to have a team that keeps pushing through no matter what.

We also want to say THANK YOU to everyone for the positivity and support surrounding our new menu changes that start tomorrow. The response has been incredible, and we truly appreciate y’all embracing a format that helps us keep serving quality BBQ while making more affordable options available for our customers. We’re excited about where this is headed!

For today, we unfortunately will not have brisket on the menu, but we do have plenty of:
Ribs, Pork Belly Burnt Ends, Pulled Pork, Housemade Sausage & our Smoak Burgers

We want to be transparent with y’all about some menu changes and why we’re making them.

Over the last couple of years, beef prices..especially brisket have gotten absolutely crazy. To keep things simple, we built our plate pricing around brisket costs, which meant some of our other meats ended up carrying part of that burden.

The reality is that this change has to happen for us to continue serving quality BBQ long-term. Rather than raising prices across the board, we’re moving to a build-your-own plate format that allows us to price each meat fairly while giving our customers more flexibility and value.

We’re excited about this change because it allows you to build your plate based on exactly what you want instead of paying a one-size-fits-all price. By separating things out, we’re able to lower prices on many of our non-brisket options and make BBQ more affordable for our customers.

If you love ribs, pulled pork, turkey, sausage, or pork belly burnt ends, you’ll now be able to enjoy those meats without brisket pricing influencing the cost of your meal.

Brisket will always be our flagship meat, but with raw brisket costs continuing to climb, it simply has to be priced differently than our other meats.

We truly believe this new format is making BBQ affordable again while helping ensure we can keep the smokers rolling for years to come.
