🇺🇸 3rd Annual Wild Fest! 🇺🇸

We had a great time serving up food, vibing with the crowd, and seeing so many familiar faces we’ve missed. The support, conversations, music, and smiles throughout the day reminded us just how lucky we are to be part of this amazing community.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, grabbed a bite, and spent part of their day with us. It means more than you know.

While Freedom's Kitchen & Bar is still under construction, we’ve decided to get the food truck back up and running 🍔 🥗 🥪

We’ve passed our inspection and are excited to be serving up some classics at Wild Fest THIS WEEKEND at Titcomb Mt. 🏔️ 🎶 🏕️

We will post more details in the next couple of days with times and menu. Updates for the food truck will be posted on this page, so keep your eyes peeled. 👀

🇺🇸 Tonight’s feature: Healthy Alfredo 🇺🇸

While the restaurant is still closed due to ongoing construction, we’re still chefing it up at home and keeping the creativity flowing 🏡

We swapped traditional pasta for egglife egg white wraps sliced into “noodles” and made a lighter Alfredo sauce with a cottage cheese based cream sauce blended smooth with garlic, parmesan, and a touch of seasoning. 🧀 🍝 🍗🥦

High protein. Lower carb. Still rich and satisfying. 💪🏽

Proof that you don’t have to starve to eat healthy; you just have to get creative in the kitchen. 👨🏻‍🍳✨

A year ago, we opened the doors to Freedom’s Kitchen & Bar with big dreams and a lot of unknowns.

Since then, we’ve faced our fair share of challenges, but through every trial, our belief in this place and the people behind it never wavered.

FKB has always been about grit, adaptability, and heart. When things got tough, we leaned in, adjusted, and kept going. And we couldn’t have done it without our incredible staff, loyal customers, and supportive community who believed in us every step of the way.

Thank you for making Freedom’s feel like home.
One year down, and we’re just getting started. ❤️ 🏡
