Long before the accolades, the gardens, and the traditions, there was a man with a vision, a work ethic, and a deep love for hospitality.

Adriano passed away in 1993 at just 51 years old, but his presence remains in every corner of Café | Cortina.
His legacy lives on through family, staff, and guests who continue to gather around the table he helped create.
