🚨🌍 New Roast Alert! 🌍🚨 Ahead of a monster storm, we have a monster coffee for you. You simply must try out SL-28 from Finca El Venado! This lot, a variety best known for its home in Kenya, grown here in Costa Rica and processed using Cerro San Luis’ own White Honey method.
Fresh cherries are carefully sorted, depulped, and placed on raised beds before being moved to a covered patio, where the coffee is slowly dried and regularly turned.
The result? ✨ Sparkling, sweet, and incredibly vibrant, with notes of green grape, lime, and caramel.
A unique expression of SL-28 and a beautiful example of what Costa Rica’s micromills can produce.

The Small Holders Farm in Durame Village is pumping out some heat in this micro lot. This one features the Heirloom Variety, known for its fruity goodness!
Harvested in November and exported in April, this Grade 1 coffee showcases the exceptional terroir of the Kembata region. The combination of high altitude, fertile soil, and careful processing creates a cup that balances bright citrus acidity with rich chocolate depth and vibrant berry sweetness, demonstrating why Ethiopian naturals are considered among the world's most distinctive coffees. 🇨🇴 🌎 🚨 New Roast Alert! 🚨🌎🇨🇴 This new Colombian has quite the story to tell! Maria Belen Diaz, like most coffee producers, have been doing it most of their lives. However Maria also worked in the coffee analytic department for the government learning unique cupping skills and a ridiculous palate. Fast forward to today, this is her Pink Bourbon Creation! A fabulous Pink Bourbon that's put through a super unique process to extract some amazing and complex flavors. This semi-washed process with notes of citric acid, floral, green apple, green tea, and tangerine. Pink Borbon Creation coffee exemplifies the dedication and expertise.
