🇨🇴 🌎 🚨 New Roast Alert! 🚨🌎🇨🇴 This new Colombian has quite the story to tell! Maria Belen Diaz, like most coffee producers, have been doing it most of their lives. However Maria also worked in the coffee analytic department for the government learning unique cupping skills and a ridiculous palate. Fast forward to today, this is her Pink Bourbon Creation! A fabulous Pink Bourbon that's put through a super unique process to extract some amazing and complex flavors. This semi-washed process with notes of citric acid, floral, green apple, green tea, and tangerine. Pink Borbon Creation coffee exemplifies the dedication and expertise. 🌎🚨 NEW ROAST ALERT 🚨🌎 It's that time again. As some roasts go, new ones come on! We are super pleased to introduce a new Typica Mejorado from Finca Los Eucaliptos Ecuador! Felipe Luzon has been farming this land his whole life. They specialize in Typica Mejorado. As specimens go. This ones special! This coffee presents with great sweetness of honey and pear with a hint of lemongrass sparkle. For those who love a smooth sweet light roast that isn't exploding with acidity we recommend giving this one a try!! Available in both locations and always online at Www.georgioscoffee.com. 🌍🚨 New Roast Alert! 🚨🌍 One of our other new Rwandans in rotation right now! Be sure to check out Kawa Yacu Peaberry Natural Organic! This is a special lot brought to us from the Women's Coffee Extension
at the Mbizi Coffee Washing Station. Founded in 2017 by Aline Christine and Odette Uwamariya, the WCE is a women’s coffee cooperative focused on creating a space for female specialty coffee producers to have a stronger voice in Rwanda coffee production. Today, the WCE has over 700 female coffee producer members.
This fully organic lot is a peaberry separation which is made up of tiny round beans that pack a ton of flavor. We are roasting this one to a medium-light level in order to balance the pleasant sweetness and acidity with a rich full body. First one we'd like to highlight is Butare Bagaragaza Deo Anaerobic Natural. Bagaragaza is a multi year Cup Of Excellence winner! Enough said, right! This one in particular is a delight A

An amazing Red Borboun that has deep rich full bodied flavor. This classic washed profile is full of juiciness and citrus character. You simply must try this Typica Mejorado by Finca Arashi from Ecuador. This operation has a meticulous method of depulping, fermenting, washing and drying. Developing an uncanny flavor for washed micro lots. This farm/farmer even took down 1st place in Ecuador Cup of Excellence. Dare I say a must have for all our afficionado friends. 🌎🇨🇴New Roast Alert! 🇨🇴🌎 Another new Colombian to add to our current lineup! Be sure to check out this beautiful Pink Bourbon from Jarbinson Arias. While we normally roast this variety pretty light, we've decided for this particular lot to develop the coffee a bit further for those who favor more of a medium roast. Our goal was to temper the vibrant acidity without dulling it and to accentuate the natural sweetness of this variety. We think we struck a really nice balance of preserving what is great in this coffee while delivering a rich satisfying cup. Definitely check this one out on your next reup. 🚨🌎🇨🇴NEW ROAST ALERT! 🇨🇴🌎🚨 And this one is a madman. For your Monday morning, I present to you Victor Barrera Medina from the El Tesoro Farm, Colombia! This is a Tabi, which is a cross between Borboun, Typica, and Timor coffee varieties. If you're a fan of washed micro lots, this ones for you. It's everything a cup of coffee should be. Velvety smooth, with a classic yet complex flavor profile. Pretty much a must for afficnados.
