Welcome to the team Anthony!💚

You may have noticed this familiar face has been missing lately. We are both excited and heartbroken to say goodbye to Chef Anthony as he’s off to bigger things!

Anthony started with us at the OG Luna Fargo back in 2021 and later became our manager/head chef for Luna Fargo Market and Mångata Wine & Raw Bar

His kindness, knowledge, hard work, and creativity will be greatly missed, but we cannot wait for his next chapter! Thankfully he’s not going far, as the new partner at one of our absolute favorite local restaurants Blackbird Woodfire / The Bird Woodfire Pizza 🐦‍⬛🍕❤️

You will be so missed Anthony! Best of luck on your new adventure, we know you’re going to crush it!!

We had a blast at Pizza in the Dell last night! 🍕

We appreciate Farm in the Dell of the Red River Valley for inviting us to a true community event. There was delicious beer from Swing Barrel Brewing Company, LLC, tasty ice cream from Spread Your Sunshine, and awesome bluegrass tunes from Justice For Stringbean .
