I apologize for the late announcement of our Pastry of the Week.
But it is here: Biscoff Butter Mochi.

For those unfamiliar, butter mochi is Hawaii's version of traditional Japanese mochi. It is baked instead of pounded and stretched and has butter and other ingredients in it. This creates a custardy, slightly bouncy texture with a rich buttery flavor. And in this case Biscoff also.
