It is with great sadness to inform you all the owner/founder of Caribbean Plate Rod Osavio aka The Muffinman has passed away recently. The restaurant in Falls Church is now closed.
Rod will be greatly missed for his amazing Jamaican cuisine and the best muffins ever made. His personality and culinary talents were top notch. Gone too soon our dear friend Rod Osavio The famous Muffinman. RIP
