Restaurant Week is still heating up, and last week’s specials are still in full swing! We’ve got some new wine finds, then of course a complimentary Friday tasting with Bryan, and a few hand selected favorites that aren’t going anywhere just yet‼️

There’s still time to work your way through all five Restaurant Week specials at Dominion:

| Eggplant Lasagna |
Roasted eggplant layered with whipped ricotta, roasted root vegetables, and our house-made red sauce. Comforting, rich, and completely meat-free.

| Creole Dirty Fried Rice |
Brick House ground beef, and Berkshire pork belly, finished with our house-made sriracha sweet & sour. Savory, subtly spicy, and a little messy in the best way.

| Ravioli |
Filled with smoked beef cheek and finished with herb butter, Chardonnay, and shaved Parmesan. Rich, smoky, and built for anyone who thinks pasta should have some weight behind it.

| Focaccia Donuts |
Savory focaccia gets the donut treatment, served with olive & garlic dip, smoked crème fraîche, balsamic glaze, and shaved Parmesan.

| Tiramisu Ice Cream Sundae |
Tiramisu and coffee ice cream finished with cocoa powder, Piroline, and whipped cream. Basically, tiramisu decided it wasn’t indulgent enough already.

Then moving along, we’ll have Parish Brewing Company’s Holy Ghost TIPA, a fresh spread from the homies at Outer Range Brewing Co., plus new bangers from Great Notion Brewing and Drekker Brewing Company! Been a minute since we’ve had some COVEN Brewing bless the shop, nice to see! Rounding out the diet with some great lagers from Dutchess Ales, fresh up north haze from Widowmaker Brewing, and a balanced diet of stylings from Threes Brewing! Some arrive tomorrow (Tuesday), some arrive Wednesday. As always watch our socials noting availability and everything new at Dominion ✌️⁣

Konstantin Märzen. Then moving along, we'll have Parish Brewing Company's Holy Ghost TIPA, a fresh spread from the homies at Outer Range Brewing Co., plus new bangers from Great Notion Brewing and Drekker Brewing Company! - Falls Church Restaurant Week starts Friday, and our kitchen came to play. 🔥🍷

For Dominion, Restaurant Week isn’t just about putting a few specials on the menu. Our kitchen has spent weeks creating, testing, smoking, frying, layering and refining a menu that shows a different side of what we do.

The result? Three courses. $39. Five dishes created for Restaurant Week.

| Creole Dirty Fried Rice |

Brick House ground beef and Berkshire pork belly come together in our Creole-inspired fried rice, finished with house-made sriracha sweet & sour. Rich, smoky, spicy and unapologetically satisfying.

| Focaccia Donuts |
Yes, focaccia. Yes, donuts. Fried until golden and served alongside olive & garlic dip, smoked crème fraîche, balsamic glaze, shaved Parmesan and fresh chives. One of those ideas that sounds a little ridiculous until you take the first bite.

| Smoked Beef Cheek Ravioli |

Slow-smoked beef cheek tucked into fresh pasta with herb butter, Chardonnay and shaved Parmesan. Deep, savory flavor meets a rich, delicate sauce.

| Eggplant Lasagna |

Roasted eggplant layered with whipped ricotta, roasted root vegetables and our house-made red sauce. Familiar enough to feel like comfort food, different enough to deserve its own place on the menu.

| Tiramisu Ice Cream |
Because Restaurant Week should end properly: espresso chocolate chip ice cream, tiramisu, whipped cream and cocoa. No self-restraint required!

Pick a starter. Pick a main. Finish with dessert. Three courses for $39.

This menu is a celebration of what we love about our kitchen: taking familiar flavors, pulling inspiration from different places, making as much as we can in-house, and having some fun with it along the way.

Falls Church has an incredible food community, and we’re proud to be part of it. This week, we’d love the chance to show you what Dominion can do.
