As we celebrate the holidays and approach the end of 2021, we want to honor the medical teams working in our communities’ skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. Over the next few days, we’ll be delivering meals from local restaurants to express our sincere gratitude for the critical role they’ve played as a partner in CareFirst’s networks—serving some of our most vulnerable members.

We are so appreciative of the dedication they have consistently demonstrated to our community throughout the pandemic and look forward to our continued partnership in 2022.

22 Days left till the big dinner! Don’t stress, invite everyone and have us cook. Thanksgiving 2021 menu is up and we are taking orders for turkeys, pies, sides and starters from now until Friday November 19th. Delivery is available.

New aluminum botttles should be in stock next week!

We are taking final steps to be free of all plastic water bottles in the next month.

All events will have our reusable glass bottles filled in our kitchen with both sparkling and flat water.

For drop off orders all plastic bottles are being replaced with aluminum bottle shown here. Locally packaged by our friends

We are open again! We have are starting with a limited menu. We have breakfast sandwiches and bagels, fruit cups, boxed sandwiches and salads. Delicious pastries made in house. Come see us, we would love to see everyone again.

To our Customers:

We are closing the Cafe at Root & Stem immediately following guidelines and suggestions by experts to lower the exposure to the Corona Virus for our staff, clients and vendors. We have no timetable on reopening but hope to reopen as soon as it is safely possible. We are exploring possibilities of online ordering and delivery and as soon as we have announcements we will let all know. Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.
